IteHandle end-to-end import operations (FCL)

• Coordinate with agents, carriers, and customs brokers

• Prepare and review shipment documents (BL, invoices)

• Follow up on shipments and ensure timely clearance

• Update clients and maintain accurate system records

• Support Air Freight operations when required

·Manage daily export operations.

·Coordinate with shipping lines & clients.

·Ensure compliance & smooth shipment flow.

·3–5 years freight forwarding experience.

·Strong knowledge of export ops & documentation.

·Excellent communication & English skills.

Drive new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales growth targets.
